Oddly enough having more sex is a great anti aging solution. Well count me in! Sex is absolutely great for the body and engaging in frequent sex will add years to your life. There is also evidence that having sex three or more times a week lowers a man’s risk of developing erectile dysfunction. Sex elevates your mood, lowers stress, provides cardio exercise, and makes you feel better.

Sleep is another factor in anti aging. Sleep rejuvenates the body. It reduces stress, helps you lose weight, reduces inflammation, maintains your heart’s health, strengthens your memory, helps you to be alert, repairs the body, and reduces the likelihood of depression.
